All banking transactions are protected by our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology providing guaranteed protection against would-be hackers and information theft.

All sign-up, login, and gaming information is also protected using a secure layer through a non specific port range.

For additional security Silver Sands may request that players provide a card verification form and send it back to us using the contact details on the form before any payouts can be processed. Please click here for the printable version.

Also note that when sending us your credit card copies we request that you hide all the sensitive information on them (e.g. CVV2 code and middle 8 digits of the card number). All that is required in order to verify your credit card information is the first four digits and last four digits of the credit card number, the name of the card holder on the card as well as the signature on the back of the card which should be clear and visible. Please keep in mind that the information as provided in this form will be kept confidential at all times and will be protected using the latest industry standard security measures.
